Take advantage of close proximity to Riverdale Community Park which features playing fields, tot lots, tennis courts, picnic areas and Waggertail Dog Park .


Shopping & Dining


Right up the road is La Placita, voted one of the best taco shops by the Washington Post. Or enjoy the outdoor patio and wide selection of craft beers at Town Center Market. There is plenty of variety for food shopping with Megamart and the Riverdale Park Farmer's Market.


Public Transporation


The proposed Purple Line Stop at Riverdale Park - Kenilworth will give those living in East Riverdale quick access to the Yellow, Green and Orange lines as well as an easy, no-transfer commute to the University of Maryland campus.



Central Location


Baltimore-Washington Parkway, I-495, East-West Highway and Kenilworth Avenue are all easily accessed from East Riverdale. Hyattsville and College Park are just right around the corner and you are less than 5 minutes by car to Riverdale MARC station, College Park metro station, Riverdale Park Station’s amenities and the University of Maryland Campus.
