The current owners installed a dual zoned LENNOX Unico air conditioning system, a Burnham High Efficiency MPO Boiler, 80 gallon water heater and upgraded the electrical system to 200 amps. The original three lifetime Buckingham slate roof received routine maintenance and the exterior shutters were all replaced with factory painted functional wood shutters.
